Do I need to configure a language setting before launching a project?

No. Language support is always on and requires no setup. Write your project in any language and AI will conduct conversations in that language, or let participants respond in their preferred language and AI will follow their lead.

What happens if a participant responds in a different language than my project was written in?

AI detects the participant's language and replies in kind. If your project is in English and a participant responds in Portuguese, AI will continue the conversation in Portuguese for that participant, keeping the experience natural on their end.
